Troubleshooting Video Files

QuickTime Will Not Play
If you are using a PC, open the Windows Media Player version instead.

Windows Media File Will Not Play Immediately
If your computer attempts to download the entire file rather than playing it immediately, make sure that Windows Media Player is set as your default player for Windows Media files. To do this, open Windows Media Player and right-click anywhere on the top menu to bring up the secondary menu. Go to "Tools" then click "Options." In the Options window, click on the "File Type" tab. Make sure that "Windows Media Video file" is checked. Then, click "Apply" and click "Ok." Some media players, such as RealPlayer, attempt to establish themselves as the default player for file types other than their own, causing some files to not play properly.
